How Youll Contribute
- Promotes Elara Carings philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
- Provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, and consults with other specialists.
- Designs and implements a plan of care for patients based on assessment and incorporates participation by significant others whenever appropriate.
- Conducts therapy practice within defined standards of care.
- Directs assistance of support staff to achieve patients functional goals.
- Documents evaluations, treatment goals, and plans; regularly updates documentation.
- Provides direction and leadership to staff and acts as a resource to promote physical therapy in the community.
Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted PT license in the state of practice.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Able and willing to travel throughout the coverage area (up to 50%).
- Must have dependable vehicle, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance.
- Able to lift 50100 lbs.
