Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited program.
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the relevant state.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, ideally including home health or rehabilitation.
- Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and current auto insurance for travel to patient homes.
- Ability to travel within the coverage area as required by the employer, up to 50% of the time.
- Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, manage patient positioning, and move therapy equipment.
