- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license valid for the state of employment
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility
- Ability and willingness to travel within the branch or office coverage area
- Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and team members
