Duties & Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care and conduct thorough evaluations of functional needs and therapy outcomes.

- Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in all relevant states within the assigned travel region.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience practicing as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a home health setting.
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to travel 100% as required by the assignment.
- Possession of reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance compliant with state regulations.
- Physical capability to lift and transfer up to 100 pounds as necessary for patient care.
- Ability to perform a full range of body motions required for effective patient assessment and treatment.
- Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and patient evaluation skills.
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
