Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited physical therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license valid for the state of employment.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred, with a strong foundation in patient care and rehabilitation.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the branch or office coverage area, up to 50% as needed to provide in-home care.
- Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance are required for travel to patient homes.
- Physical ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds as part of patient care and handling.
