Elara Caring is looking for a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our elite team of healthcare professionals and make a difference, one patient at a time.
Responsibilities:- Provide skilled physical therapy to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.
- Assess, plan, and implement therapeutic programs to restore patient function and mobility.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Current PT license as required by state.
- CPR certification with American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare facility.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job.
- Strong communication skills and dedication to quality patient care.
- Reliable transportation to perform job duties.
