Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license valid for the state of employment.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a healthcare facility.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the designated coverage area, up to 50%.
- Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws.
- Physical capability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including assisting patients and operating equipment.
