Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited physical therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of employment.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in a healthcare facility.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the designated coverage area (up to 50%).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds as required.
