Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary- Provide expert rehabilitative care to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on established best practices in physical therapy.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.
