The Physical Therapist (PT) will be responsible for maintaining a caseload of 30-35 patients per week, ensuring each patient’s treatment is tailored to their unique needs and goals. Physical demands for this role include the ability to perform various physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. All applicants must possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program and hold a current or pending physical therapy license. A background check is required as part of the hiring process. Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary- Full-time position providing evidence-based physical therapy services
- Work in a therapist-owned private practice with a strong community presence
- Responsible for managing a consistent patient caseload
- Collaborate with clinical leaders and support staff for optimal care delivery
- Manage and document therapy progress for a caseload of 30-35 patients per week using WebPT
- Initiate, develop, and execute individualized treatment plans and goals
- Coordinate with the Director of Clinical Operations and participate in weekly meetings
- Ensure ethical billing practices and compliance with company and state standards
- Track, measure, and report patient progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Analyze treatment data to enhance patient outcomes
- Delegate tasks to support staff and communicate effectively with the team
- Participate in continuing education and pursue ongoing clinical development

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or scheduled to take the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Valid physical therapy license (or pending licensure)
