As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for evaluating patients’ functional abilities, developing individualized care plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support optimal recovery and quality of life. Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care through comprehensive physical therapy assessment and intervention.
- Evaluate patients’ functional needs and develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adjust therapeutic approaches based on ongoing assessment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, goals, progress notes, and other required information in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Lead and mentor support staff to achieve rehabilitation goals efficiently and safely.
- Serve as a clinical resource and promote the benefits of physical therapy within the community and among staff members.
- Direct the assistance of support staff and maintain standards of care within the scope of physical therapy practice.
- Adhere to established administrative policies and contribute to the ongoing development of quality assurance initiatives.
- Work in a physically demanding environment, including the safe handling, lifting, and transfer of patients and equipment.
- Maintain current knowledge of best practices and participate in continuing education as required.
- Report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or designated leader.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited physical therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted PT license valid in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the designated branch or office coverage area, up to 50% as required.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in alignment with state regulations.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including patient positioning, transferring, and equipment movement.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including on-call responsibilities as applicable.
