- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to travel within the assigned service area as required
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or support up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrates strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
