Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited physical therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license valid for the applicable state of practice.
- At least one (1) year of experience working as a Physical Therapist (PT) in a healthcare facility or home care setting.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the branch or office coverage area as required, potentially up to 50% of the time.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and adherence to ethical standards.
