As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations to determine patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering interventions that restore function, relieve pain, and prevent further injury. Your role will involve employing a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, as well as educating patients and their families on effective home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery. You will document patient progress, make necessary adjustments to care plans, and maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinic standards.

Collaboration is a key component of this role. You will work closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care. To succeed as a Physical Therapist (PT), candidates must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program, current and valid state licensure, and certifications in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS). Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings is preferred, though not required. A strong commitment to patient privacy and adherence to HIPAA regulations is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to perform tasks under pressure, and an unwavering commitment to evidence-based practice.
