Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with varying diagnoses and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and evolving clinical goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as clinically indicated.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers for comprehensive care coordination.
- Provide clear instruction to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs and recovery strategies.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation in compliance with clinic, state, and federal regulations.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and informed consent.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the clinic by assisting colleagues and supporting team objectives.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with HIPAA, safety, and professional practice regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA laws and compliance standards.
