Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
- Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as appropriate to achieve desired outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
- Manage a diverse caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care and professionalism.
- Participate in clinical education, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members when appropriate.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active or pending Physical Therapist (PT) license in the practicing state.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
