Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy care in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

- Active or pending Physical Therapist (PT) license in the practicing state.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent preferred).
