- Administer a variety of therapeutic exercises and manual techniques to enhance patient mobility and function
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, progress, and home exercise programs
- Document all assessments, treatments, and patient progress accurately using clinical software
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Maintain compliance with professional standards, ethical practices, and organizational policies

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Iowa preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with clinical documentation and computer applications
