The ideal candidate will hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution and possess a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) is required, and familiarity with HIPAA laws and documentation standards is essential. Previous experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings is highly preferred, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with diverse diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on medical referrals and patient goals

- Conduct initial patient evaluations to assess physical conditions, limitations, and needs
- Develop and modify treatment plans to address evolving patient goals
- Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as appropriate
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and preventive care
- Monitor, document, and report patient progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and professional regulations, including HIPAA
- Maintain high standards of professional behavior, communication, and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current, valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Preferred: 1-2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings
