Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients with injuries, disabilities, or diseases.
- Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
- Promote patient well-being, functional independence, and pain reduction through evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial patient evaluations to assess physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, self-management strategies, and injury prevention techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals for integrated care planning.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in compliance with clinic, regulatory, and professional standards.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and professional regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the clinic by supporting team members and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited educational program.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
- Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
