Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or dealing with chronic conditions.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient-centered care.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough initial evaluations to accurately assess patient conditions and impairments.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on patient progress and goals.
- Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and provide patient and caregiver education.
- Closely monitor patient progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting interventions as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise routines, injury prevention, and safe recovery strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.
- Ensure timely and accurate recordkeeping in alignment with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and professional practice standards, including HIPAA regulations.
- Actively contribute to a positive clinic environment by promoting teamwork and supporting clinic operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited educational program.
- Current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred 1-2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to compliance.
