Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients to evaluate physical conditions, identify impairments, and set treatment objectives.
- Administer manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, exercise programs, and patient education as part of the rehabilitation process.
- Regularly monitor, document, and assess patient progress, modifying plans as necessary to achieve therapy goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with legal and professional standards.
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and strategies for ongoing recovery and injury prevention.
- Coordinate therapy with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure effective, integrated care.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and professional regulations governing physical therapy practice.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited academic program.
- Active and valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
- Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings highly valued.
