Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary

- Direct and supervise support staff to assist in achieving patients’ functional goals
- Document all evaluations, treatment goals, care plans, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain complete and updated patient prescriptions and signatures in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Promote the philosophy of physical therapy and act as a resource within the community
- Handle, lift, and transfer patients safely, adhering to established protocols
- Work flexible and potentially irregular hours as needed to meet patient and organizational needs

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited program
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of practice
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare facility or similar clinical setting
- Ability and willingness to travel within branch coverage area as required (up to 50%)
- Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds
