Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary- Direct patient care with a focus on improving movement, mobility, and functional independence
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Development and implementation of personalized care plans based on comprehensive assessments
- Active participation in patient education and community outreach initiatives
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment and treatment of functional impairments
- Design and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families

- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of practice
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare facility or similar clinical setting
- Ability and willingness to travel within branch coverage area as required (up to 50%)
- Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds
