- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively with other physical therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Engage in consults and rounding as part of on-call duties within the hospital environment.
- Adhere to best practices in patient safety, privacy, and ethical standards.
