Physical Therapist (PT) – Summary
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
- Leverage advanced clinical skills to address orthopedic and sports-related injuries, as well as general musculoskeletal conditions
- Participate in ongoing educational and professional development programs
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture in a new state-of-the-art facility
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery, mobility, and pain reduction
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in clinical development activities, including mentorship programs, grand rounds, and journal clubs
- Support the growth of the new practice by delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional service
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary in the range of $85,000 – $105,000
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage

- Paid time off (PTO) starting at 8-10 days for new graduates, increasing with tenure

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Experience managing orthopedic cases, sports-related injuries, and general musculoskeletal conditions
- Board Certification in Orthopedics or Sports Physical Therapy is a plus
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
