Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-time
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our premier pain management group. As a vital member of our CARF-accredited Interdisciplinary Pain Rehabilitation Outpatient Program, you will play a central role in providing evidence-based physical therapy services to help individuals achieve optimal function and improved quality of life. By joining our established and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of patients experiencing chronic pain and musculoskeletal issues.
Our physical therapy department is fully staffed and equipped with the latest technology and treatment modalities, allowing our Physical Therapists to deliver personalized care plans. Our program emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach, ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive care tailored to their specific needs. The clinical team consists of experienced physicians and mid-level providers who work in close partnership with the physical therapy staff, streamlining patient care and communication for optimal outcomes.
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will primarily work with patients suffering from chronic pain, including a high volume of spinal issues, but you will also encounter a broad spectrum of diagnoses. The average daily caseload is managed to ensure quality care, with a maximum of 12 appointments per day, allowing you to provide thorough and attentive treatment to each individual. You will collaborate with referring physicians and physician assistants, who initiate all new patient evaluations and coordinate referrals to physical therapy within our integrated system.
Our approach to physical therapy is rooted in manual therapy techniques and hands-on interventions. You will apply your clinical expertise in developing and executing individualized treatment plans that may include manual therapy, dry needling, posture correction, gait training, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, cryotherapy, heat stimulation, electrical stimulation, virtual reality interventions, and ultrasound therapy. Your ability to assess and address complex pain and mobility issues will be essential in supporting our patients’ rehabilitation journey.
Our organization values ongoing professional development and supports our staff through collaboration, mentorship, and access to cutting-edge resources. Working as a Physical Therapist (PT) with our team, you will have the chance to advance your clinical skills and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
