Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to restore movement, reduce pain, and promote overall wellness
- Collaborate with fellow Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and outcomes using the Prompt EMR system
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and foster a positive, supportive clinical environment
- Engage in mentorship opportunities, especially for new graduates entering the field
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements
