Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-time

We are proud to offer a Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facility (CARF) certified Interdisciplinary Pain Rehabilitation Outpatient Program, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care.
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and mid-level providers, to design and implement individualized treatment plans for patients dealing primarily with chronic pain and spinal conditions. You will have the opportunity to work in a fully equipped facility, utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities and hands-on manual therapy techniques to address a diverse range of musculoskeletal issues.
Our Physical Therapy team is dedicated to patient-centered care, using a variety of approaches to relieve pain and improve function. Interventions may include manual therapy, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, posture and body mechanics education, cryotherapy, heat stimulation, electrical stimulation, virtual reality, and ultrasound. You will play a vital role in empowering patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain independence in their daily lives.
This full-time Physical Therapist (PT) role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with manageable patient caseloads, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity. You will typically see an average of 8-10 patients per day, with a hard cap at 12, ensuring ample time for thorough assessments, personalized interventions, and patient education. Our interdisciplinary team structure ensures that all new patients receive a comprehensive medical evaluation prior to initiating physical therapy, allowing you to work from a well-informed treatment plan tailored to each individual's needs.

Physical Therapist (PT) – Summary- Full-time Physical Therapist (PT) role within a premier Pain Management group
- Work in a CARF-certified outpatient program focused on interdisciplinary pain rehabilitation
- Collaborate with physicians and mid-level providers to deliver comprehensive care
- Serve a primarily chronic pain and spinal condition patient population
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy and utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities
- Educate patients in posture, body mechanics, and self-management strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in program improvement initiatives
- Manage daily caseload of 8-10 patients, with a maximum cap of 12
- Participate in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

- Minimum of two years’ experience in physical therapy, with outpatient orthopedic experience required if at minimum
- Demonstrated expertise in chronic pain management and manual therapy preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Passionate about patient-centered care and chronic pain rehabilitation
