Duties & Responsibilities

- Educate patients and their families on exercises, home programs, and strategies for continued progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record system.
- Maintain compliance with established clinical protocols, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuing education, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings.
- Provide care during scheduled shifts, including alternating weekends as needed for departmental coverage.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in an acute or clinical setting is preferred, especially for contract or traveler roles.
