Physical Therapist (PT) – Summary- Full-time contract assignment in a reputable healthcare setting
- Structured 5x8 hour day shifts over a 13-week duration
- Engage directly with patients in need of physical rehabilitation
- Leverage clinical skills to assess, plan, and implement patient-specific therapy interventions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients of varying ages and diagnoses
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore function, improve mobility, and decrease pain
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies to maintain improvements post-therapy
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate a holistic approach to care
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with facility policies and infection control standards
