Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary- Provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
- Assess, plan, and administer rehabilitative treatment programs to restore patient function and mobility.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Utilize evidence-based practice to design individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, exercises, and preventive care strategies.
