Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary
- Provide expert physical therapy care in an outpatient setting, focusing on individualized patient needs and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and execute comprehensive treatment plans.
- Facilitate patient rehabilitation with a goal-oriented, compassionate approach.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine functional limitations, strengths, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education.
- Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Adjust treatment programs as necessary to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to maintain progress outside of therapy sessions.
- Stay current with industry best practices, continuing education, and compliance standards to provide the highest quality of care.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current, valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing.
- Demonstrated expertise in outpatient physical therapy, with a strong understanding of musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
