Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions and diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient recovery and independence.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Current, valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and adapt individualized treatment plans.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered, compassionate care.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred.
