Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions and diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide ongoing patient and caregiver education to encourage rehabilitation and injury prevention.

- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Current, valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
