Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary- Full-time position in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team

- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in acute care and rehabilitation settings
- Deliver both bedside and gym-based physical therapy interventions
- Work collaboratively with physicians, OTs, SLPs, rehab aides, and nursing staff to ensure integrated patient care
- Supervise therapy assistants and aides, providing guidance and support as needed
- Serve as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students, fostering professional development
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with all regulatory, local, state, and federal guidelines

- Current or eligible Physical Therapist (PT) license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Preferred: 2+ years of relevant clinical experience
