Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and monitoring patient progress through evidence-based therapeutic modalities. You will also have opportunities to provide patient and family education, supervise support staff, and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance care delivery and patient outcomes.
Physical Therapists (PTs) are essential members of the care team, serving patients from pediatric to geriatric populations. Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient needs through comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans with measurable goals.
- Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions, exercises, and modalities as prescribed by referring physicians.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including initial assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement projects to enhance overall care delivery.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise routines and strategies for continued recovery and injury prevention.
- Meet productivity benchmarks, managing a caseload of 9–12 patient visits per day while ensuring high standards of care.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution (2-year program).
- Current, valid state Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification required.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in physical therapy preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered.
- Experience working with patients across the lifespan, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise PTAs and Rehabilitation Technicians as part of a collaborative team.

Other Relevant Information
- Work schedule: Full-time, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional half-day Saturday shifts offset by a half-day off during the week to maintain a 40-hour workweek.
