Physical Therapist (PT) – Summary
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy services with a primary focus on orthopedic cases (90%) and some neurological cases.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team of PTAs and other physical therapists.
- Utilize EMR systems (Prompt) for accurate patient documentation and tracking.
- Provide exceptional patient care in a friendly, relaxed environment.
- Benefit from comprehensive mentorship, especially for new graduates entering the field.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to address mobility, pain, and functional limitations.
- Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques and preventative practices.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care and support a positive clinic culture.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using clinic EMR systems.
- Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to stay current with best practices.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000, based on experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
