We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our well-established team. In this full-time Physical Therapist (PT) position, you will utilize your expertise in orthopedics, pediatrics, and sports medicine to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your clinical skills will be instrumental in delivering a range of services, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and specialized modalities such as deep tissue and sports massage, kinesio/leuko taping, cupping therapy, and electrical stimulation. Your commitment to quality care, patient safety, and evidence-based practice will be essential in supporting patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, chronic pain, and other complex medical conditions.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will assess patients, create measurable goals, and monitor progress to ensure optimal outcomes. Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary
- Provide expert physical therapy and rehabilitation services to patients of all ages with a wide variety of conditions and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and follow-up care plans to foster independence and functional improvement.
- Utilize specialized modalities such as deep tissue massage, kinesio/leuko taping, cupping therapy, and electrical stimulation.
- Contribute to a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including evaluation of mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
- Design and implement individualized physical therapy care plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
- Develop and coordinate follow-up care plans, including recommendations for in-home therapy services.
- Direct and supervise the work of physical therapy aides, technicians, and assistants during patient care activities.
- Provide patient education on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and adaptive equipment for continued care at home.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain and ensure responsible use of therapy equipment and treatment areas.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- Flexible work schedule to promote work-life balance.
- Two weeks of paid time off (PTO).

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution (APTA-accredited program preferred).
- Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, and sports medicine is desirable.
- Competency in dry needling techniques is preferred.
- Ability to lead, educate, and support therapy aides, technicians, and assistants.
- Strong knowledge of the safe operation and maintenance of therapy equipment.
- Proficiency in recommending and training patients on assistive equipment and home health programs.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices in physical therapy.
