The Physical Therapist (PT) position offers a manageable caseload, fostering quality time with each patient to support their rehabilitation journey. You will utilize hands-on manual therapy techniques and create individualized treatment plans to restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.
As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with physicians and mid-level providers. New patients are evaluated by our medical staff before orders for in-house physical therapy are placed, ensuring comprehensive care coordination. Our team employs an array of therapeutic modalities including manual therapy, dry needling, posture and body mechanics education, gait training, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-evaluation, cryotherapy, heat stimulation, electrical stimulation, virtual reality, and ultrasound therapy.

Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy as part of a multidisciplinary pain management team
- Work in a CARF-certified outpatient rehabilitation program
- Specialize in treating chronic pain, spinal issues, and a broad orthopedic caseload
- Collaborate with physicians and mid-levels for coordinated patient care
- Full-time position with a manageable caseload
- Evaluate and assess patients with chronic pain and musculoskeletal disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities
- Provide manual therapy, dry needling, gait training, postural education, and more
- Document patient progress and outcomes in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices

- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy

- Current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
