Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary
- Provide patient-centered physical therapy services as an integral member of an interdisciplinary pain management team.
- Utilize manual therapy and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and restore function.
- Work in a CARF-accredited outpatient setting with a focus on chronic pain and spinal conditions.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Perform hands-on manual therapy, including joint mobilization and soft tissue techniques, to address musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.
- Utilize a variety of physical therapy modalities such as dry needling, cryotherapy, heat stimulation, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and virtual reality therapy.
- Educate patients on posture awareness, body mechanics, and therapeutic exercises to support long-term wellness and prevent recurrence of pain.
- Lead gait training and neuromuscular re-evaluations to enhance functional mobility and balance.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate care transitions and collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure continuity of treatment and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a daily appointment schedule with an average of 8-10 patients, with a capped maximum of 12 per day to ensure quality care.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist (PT), with at least two years in an outpatient orthopedic setting if meeting minimum requirements.
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in alignment with organizational standards and regulatory guidelines.
