Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, sports-related, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and overall wellness.
- Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with all regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, including mentorship programs, grand rounds, journal clubs, and residency opportunities.
- Support the growth and reputation of the clinic through positive patient interactions and community engagement.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive annual salary range: $85,000 - $105,000.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida.
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Experience working with orthopedic cases, sports injuries, and general musculoskeletal conditions is preferred.
- Board Certification in Orthopedics or Sports Physical Therapy is highly desirable but not required.
