Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions to address orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies to support ongoing wellness.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Participate in ongoing clinical education, mentorship, and professional development opportunities offered by the organization.
- Contribute to the positive culture of the practice, supporting new initiatives in a recently opened facility in Naples, FL.
- Valid State of Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapy program.
- Experience treating orthopedic, sports-related, and general musculoskeletal cases preferred.
- Board Certification in Orthopedics or Sports Physical Therapy is considered a plus but not required.
