- Deliver direct, high-quality patient care in the Muncie, IN area
- Perform thorough assessments, evaluate functional needs, and adjust care plans for best outcomes
- Create and implement personalized plans of care
- Collaborate with the care team and guide support staff
- Document evaluations, treatment goals, and progress accurately and efficiently
- Serve as a clinical leader and resource in physical therapy
- Thrive in a physically demanding, dynamic environment
- Travel within your coverage area and work flexible PRN hours
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current, unrestricted PT license in Indiana
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Willingness and ability to travel within the Muncie coverage area
- Dependable vehicle, valid drivers license, and required auto insurance
- Comfortable with lifting 50100 lbs, transfers, and fullrange body movement
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed for PRN assignments
