SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehab including manual therapy, functional movement training, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercise.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with experienced clinicians to enhance clinical skills.
- Educate patients and families on recovery and long-term wellness.
- Uphold IRGs standards for patient-centered care and professional excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Interest in general orthopedics and manual therapy preferred.
- Desire for growth into specialty certifications or advanced practice.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Ability to lift, bend, squat, reach, and perform physical demonstrations with patients.
- Comfort working at a computer station for documentation needs.
- Ability to provide own transportation to and from clinic locations.
