Physical Therapist (PT) - Summary
- Responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy treatments to patients with injuries, disabilities, or diseases.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
- Thorough knowledge of HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
- Ability to organize, coordinate, and perform tasks efficiently in a high-stress environment.
