Physical Therapist
As a Physical Therapist, youll contribute to our success by providing direct patient care, evaluating functional needs and outcomes, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient results. Responsibilities include designing and implementing individualized care plans, documenting evaluations and treatment goals, directing support staff, and promoting physical therapy awareness in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, conduct assessments, and develop care plans.
- Evaluate and adjust treatment goals to ensure quality outcomes.
- Lead and support therapy staff to achieve patient goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage in community outreach to promote physical therapy programs.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-approved physical therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted PT license in the state of practice.
- Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare facility.
- Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance.
- Ability to travel within assigned coverage area (up to 50%).
- Ability to lift and support up to 50 pounds as needed.
