As a Physical Therapist Clinic Manager (PT), you will be responsible for the effective daily management of the clinic’s operational and clinical functions. You will coordinate patient care, supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of therapy professionals including Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech Therapists (STs), and collaborate with healthcare leadership and medical staff. Your expertise will support optimal patient outcomes, adherence to regulatory standards, and the ongoing success of the clinic.
The Physical Therapist Clinic Manager (PT) is expected to provide direct patient care while also leading by example in clinical excellence and staff engagement. Physical Therapist Clinic Manager (PT) - Summary- Lead and oversee daily clinical operations for inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
- Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary therapy team (PT, OT, ST)
- Coordinate patient care and ensure exceptional clinical standards
- Collaborate with medical staff, hospital leadership, and external partners

- Doctorate or master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current license as a Physical Therapist (PT); state-specific licensure as required
