Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Home Health Summary
- Delivers direct physical therapy services to patients in their homes, following plans developed by a supervising Physical Therapist.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Current, unrestricted PTA license valid in the state of practice.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the designated service area.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance as required by state law.
- Physical ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including patient transfers and equipment movement.
