Job Description:As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Follow and implement individualized Plans of Care to promote patient progress and safety
- Communicate changes in patient status promptly to the Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safe use of assistive devices
- Support patient independence through personalized home therapy programs
- Uphold Elara Carings mission, values, and standards of excellence
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice
- Minimum 6 months of PTA experience preferred
- Willingness to travel within the coverage area (up to 50%)
- Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance
- Ability to lift 50100 lbs and perform physical job duties
