- Provide high-quality, in-home physical therapy services as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist and physician-approved Plan of Care.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver direct physical therapy interventions according to established standards and physician directives.

- Document patient progress, response to treatment, and any changes in status in accordance with agency protocols.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including the State Practice Act Guidelines.
- Promote safety, dignity, and respect in all patient interactions.
- Travel within the assigned branch area as needed to provide care to patients in their homes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program approved by the American Therapy Association.
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license valid for the state of employment.
- Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the designated branch area.
- Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds as needed for patient care activities.
