- Current, unrestricted PTA license valid for the state of practice.
- At least six months of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the service area as needed.
- Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and auto insurance required.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and transfer patients (50-100 lbs).
