- Current, unrestricted PTA license valid for the state of employment
- 6+ months of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel within the coverage area
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance as required by state law
- Physical capability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exhibits compassion and dedication to patient care
