Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Home Health Summary

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license valid for the state of practice.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
- Ability to travel within the assigned branch coverage area (up to 50% travel required).
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance required.
- Physical capability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including assisting with patient mobility and equipment.
